Marion Elks is currently without a facility and is looking for a new home at this time.

The Marion Elks Lodge was chartered on March 3, 1886. The Lodge was conceived by a group of local businessmen known as the "Shanty's".

Marion was the first Lodge to have a U.S. president as a member.  Warren G. Harding was the 29th President of the United States and was an active member of the Lodge and continued to promote his beloved Elks during his term as President.

Marion also can boost that long time member Norm Withrow's wife, Mary Ellen Withrow has her signature on numerous US currency still in circulation as she was the 40th Treasurer of the United States of America, serving until 2001.

Lodge Meetings
Regular Lodge meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 4:00PM at Coopers Bowing, 191 Barks Rd W., Marion Ohio. Officers meeting at 3:30 PM prior to the lodge meeting.
